Frequently Asked Questions

 1. How much do you charge for your custom cakes and sweet treats?

Please refer to the pricing tab in the menu bar for general pricing       

information. Prices for custom cakes vary depending on requested flavor(s),

serving size, and design.  Please complete the quote/inquiry form. A detailed quote will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

2. What cake flavors/fillings and/or treats do you offer?

Here at Pure Bliss Sweets and treats we pride ourselves with offering you not just dessert, but an experience for all the senses.  You won’t be disappointed with our tasty and delectable offerings. Please explore the flavor section under the menu tab to see a full list of cake flavors and treats we offer.

3. Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless cakes?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or eggless cakes/treats.

 

 

4. Are you an allergy free facility?

We are not an allergy free facility. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. We assume no responsibility or liability for any allergic reactions suffered by you or your guests.

5. Do you offer delivery service and/or set up?

Delivery and set up are available for orders of $200 or more.  The delivery fee for celebration cakes/treats I and wedding cakes is based on the distance to the event location.  A flat fee of $35 for celebration cakes/treats and $75 for wedding cakes will be charged for the first 20 miles.  Thereafter, an additional fee of $1 per mile will be charged.  

 

 

6. Do you ship your cakes and sweet treats?

Unfortunately, we do not ship our goods at this time.

 

 

 7. How far in advance should I place my order?

We require, at minimum, two weeks notice for custom cakes and sweet treats.

 

 

8. How can I place an order?

Please complete the Quote/Inquiry form with as much detail as possible.  A customized quote will be emailed to you within 48 hours.  On acceptance of the quoted price and design details an invoice will be sent to you.

 

 

9. Do you have a order minimum?

A minimum order of $150 is required.

 

 

10. Do you require a retainer (deposit) to place an order and secure a date?

Yes, an initial non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total balance is due at the time of booking if placed more than two weeks out from your event date. If order is placed within two weeks of the event date, the balance in full is required to book your requested date. 

 

 

11. When is the balance due in full?

The balance in full is due two weeks prior to the event date.  If not received on the due date specified in your contract your order will be subject to cancellation and your retainer will not be refunded.

 

 

12. What is your refund/cancellation policy?

In the event of the cancellation of your event we will do our best to accommodate you with transferring retainers to a different date/event.  Unfortunately, the retainer and balance (if paid in full) is non-refundable.

 

 

13. What forms of payment are accepted?

     We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.  

 

 

14. Do you offer cake tastings?

Yes, we offer cake tastings for orders of $300 or more.  The non refundable cost is $30.  Please contact us for further details.

15. How do I schedule a tasting?

Due to COVID restrictions, tastings are not held face to face.  Once you’ve selected your flavors from our flavor menu, you or a representative will pick up a personalized tasting box with the selected flavors from our location. You are then free to enjoy with friends and family at your leisure and in the comfort of your home. This also eliminates the pressure of having to make a decision right away. Once you’ve decided on a flavor, please contact us and we will move forward with the order.
